These prices are valid until 20th December 2023. Please note that bank transfer fees are not included.

Important Note:

  • All rates are based on per per-person basis with a minimum of 6 pax traveling.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice & rooms are subject to availability at the time of final booking.
  • In case of unavailability of any of the above-mentioned hotel/s at the time of booking, a similar category of hotel will be used. Any upgrade will be charged extra over & above the given cost.
  • Final tour confirmation on receipt of full advance payment only.
  • Any hike/s in Fuel charges, Govt. taxes, Hotel taxes, etc. the same would be charged accordingly over and above the package rates.
  • Any cost arising due to political disturbances, acts of God, weather conditions, riots, flight delays or cancellations, etc. will have to be borne by the guest as on actual.
  • All above tour itineraries are suggestive only and may change. Such changes may be necessitated due to factors beyond our control such as Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, sports events, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights or railway, closure of / restricted entry at a place of sightseeing
  • In the unlikely event of a customer being dissatisfied over anything, it should be brought to our notice immediately for rectification. No post-tour complaints will be considered.
  • City tours may involve a shopping stop as decided by the tour guide/driver conducting the tour. We are not associated with this shopping drop [directly or indirectly] and do not vouch for the goods/services/costs of the products available at these shops.
  • Customers must follow all entry requirements by the Vietnam government.

There is No Refund for an unutilized Service :

  • We will not be held responsible for any delays in the airline leading to the misconnecting of onward flights.
  • If any airline is delayed or canceled, Xplore Travels is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing, or any other claim.

Payment Terms:

  • 50000 INR Deposit on Booking Time.
  • Full Payment has to be cleared before 45 Days of Departure.

Cancelation Policy:

  • Before 45 to Days 35 of Departure Deposit Amount will be non-refundable.
  • From 34 Days to the Departure date, the Full Tour Cost will be non-refundable.

Itineraries

DAY 1

Arrival

Upon your arrival at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, you'll be greeted with a warm smile and transferred to your downtown hotel. You'll have the opportunity for an early check-in and a hearty breakfast.

Afterwards, your Hanoi city tour will begin, where you'll explore some of the city's most iconic sites. Your itinerary will include:

Ho Chi Minh Complex: This includes a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, and the Presidential Palace. These structures hold great significance for the people of Hanoi.

Temple of Literature: You'll explore the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university, dating back to the year 1070.

Old Quarter & Hoan Kiem Lake: A brief walking tour through the lively and bustling streets of the Old Quarter will introduce you to the heart of Hanoi. You'll also visit the tranquil Hoan Kiem Lake.

In the evening, enjoy a delectable dinner at a local Indian restaurant. Your overnight stay will be in Hanoi.

DAY 2

Hanoi - Halong Bay

At 8:30 AM, you'll be picked up and transported to Tuan Chau Marina in Halong City.

12:30: Upon arrival at the International Tuan Chau harbor, the receptionists will warmly welcome you.

12:45: The captain will greet you and welcome you aboard the Syrena cruise. You'll have the opportunity to check in, enjoy a welcome drink, receive a safety briefing, and settle into your cabin.

13:00: The cruise will depart from International Tuan Chau harbor, and you'll begin your exploration of Halong Bay, one of the world's natural wonders. While cruising, you'll savor a delicious lunch with special dishes and pass by famous landmarks such as Ba Hang fishing village, Đỉnh Hương island, Chó Đá islet, and Gà Chọi islet.

14:30: The cruise will make a stop at Bồ Nâu cave, which is at the heart of the world natural heritage site. You'll transfer by tender to Surprise Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay.

15:45: After your visit to Surprise Cave, you'll be transferred by tender to Titov Island, named after Gherman Stepanovich Titov, the Soviet astronaut who visited in 1962. Here, you can enjoy swimming, relax on the beach, or climb the steps to the top of the island. From the mountain's peak, you'll have a breathtaking view of the magical Halong Bay.

16:45: You'll return to the cruise and have time to relax and enjoy the sunset on the sun deck.

18:00 – 19:00: HAPPY HOUR - Buy one drink, get one free (excluding wine).

18:30: Join a Vietnamese cooking demonstration.

19:00: Get ready to indulge in a set menu dinner.

20:30: Evening activities include film entertainment in the dining room, squid fishing, and the option for a relaxing massage (contact the cruise manager for pricing).

You'll spend the night on the cruise boat, surrounded by the enchanting beauty of Halong Bay.

DAY 3

Halong Bay Cruising – Return Hanoi

06:00: If you've requested a morning wake-up call, you'll be gently awakened.

06:30: Start your day with a 30-minute Tai Chi session on the sundeck while the cruise continues its journey to Luồn Cave.

07:00: Enjoy a light breakfast in the restaurant, which includes coffee, tea, fresh milk, water, pastries, bread, eggs, fresh fruit, and cereals served in the dining room.

08:00: Following breakfast, join a guided tour to explore Luồn Cave, one of the caves that showcases unique and endemic vegetation found in Halong Bay. To visit Luồn Cave, you'll be rowed there in a traditional bamboo boat, operated by a local boatman.

08:30: Return to Syrena Cruise, where you can relax and check out of your cabin. Please place your luggage outside your cabin door, and our porters will collect and prepare it on the pier for your convenience. The cruise will then head back to the International Tuan Chau harbor.

09:15: Savor a brunch buffet menu served in the dining room. You can settle any bills in the dining room after brunch, if necessary.

10:45: You'll be transferred by tender back to Tuan Chau Harbor for disembarkation. From there, you will be transferred to your chosen hotel in Hanoi, with an estimated arrival in the mid-afternoon.

Please note that the itinerary may be subject to changes based on the check-in time and weather conditions. You'll spend the night in Hanoi.

DAY 4

Hanoi - Flight to Danang – Transfer to Hoi An

You'll start your day with breakfast at the hotel, and the rest of the morning will be at your leisure.

Later, you will be picked up and transferred to the airport for a short flight to Danang.

Upon your arrival in Danang, you will be picked up and transported to your hotel in Hoi An. In the evening, you'll enjoy a delicious dinner at a local Indian restaurant.

You'll spend the night in Hoi An, immersing yourself in the charms of this beautiful town.

DAY 5

Hoi An - Walking Tour & Basket Boat Tour at Coconut Village

After having breakfast at the hotel, you'll have a free morning to spend at your leisure.

In the afternoon, you'll embark on a visit to Hoi An ancient town. Your walking tour will begin with a visit to the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge. As you explore, you'll traverse narrow lanes, winding through tiny streets lined with houses that bear the architectural influence of Chinese, Japanese, French, and European cultures.

Next, you'll journey to Cam Thanh village, where you'll have the unique opportunity to ride in a basket boat, engage in a boat racing competition, try your hand at crab catching with a rod, and row through a scenic coconut palm forest.

In the evening, you can relish a delectable dinner at an Indian restaurant, capping off another wonderful day in Hoi An.

You'll spend the night in Hoi An, immersed in the town's rich history and vibrant culture.

DAY 6

Hoi An – Visit Marble Mountain & Cham Museum – Danang

At 08:30 AM, you will be picked up to embark on a visit to Marble Mountain (Vietnamese: Ngu Hanh Son; literally "five elements' mountains"). Here, you will have the opportunity to explore the breathtaking natural caves within the mountain and enjoy the stunning view from its summit. Stone steps carved into the mountain lead to a Buddhist Pagoda. As you hike up these stone stairs, you'll visit the caves and pagodas, all while taking in the panoramic view of the surroundings. Linh Ung Pagoda at Marble Mountains holds the distinction of being a national historical and cultural site designated by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism. Additionally, you'll explore Am Phu Cave, where a replica of "Heaven and Hell" is located. You can listen to the clapping of bats' wings within the cave, marvel at the mysterious pagodas, and witness the artistry of the sculpting village.

Following this visit, you'll have the option to either explore the Cham Museum in the city center.

In the evening, enjoy a delectable dinner at an Indian restaurant in Danang.

You'll spend the night in Danang, filled with memorable experiences and cultural discoveries.

DAY 7

Danang – Visit Golden Bridge and Ba Na Hills

At 8:00 AM, you will be picked up from your hotel lobby and driven to Bana Hills. Upon your arrival, you'll start your adventure with a cable car ride to reach Bana Hills. The cable car system at Bana Hills is one of the most modern in Southeast Asia, offering one of the world's longest and highest cable car rides.

Your exploration will include a visit to the Dream Stream Cable Car Station, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Danang City from above. After this first cable car ride, you'll visit the famous Golden Bridge, which has recently gained widespread attention. You'll also explore Le Jardin D’amour, comprising 9 charming gardens, and Linh Ung Pagoda.

Continuing with the second cable car ride, you'll reach the French Village Campanile, Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple, and a Tea Shop. For thrill-seekers, there's the option to try the popular adventure ride, the Alpine Coaster (included in your entrance ticket). Your next destination will be Fantasy Park, an amusement park inspired by French chateaus and palaces.

At 3:00 PM, you'll return to the cable car station to leave Bana Hills. Please note that the Wax Museum, wine cellar, cotton animal game, and carnival skill at Fantasy Park are not included in the quotation, so if you wish to experience them, it will be at your own expense.

Following your visit to Bana Hills, you will be transferred to enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant.

You'll spend the night in Danang, having had a day filled with exciting adventures and scenic beauty.

DAY 8

Departure

Following breakfast, you'll have some free leisure time to relax or explore the area, and you'll need to check out of your hotel by noon.

The rest of the day will be at your disposal until you are picked up to be transferred to Danang Airport for your onward journey or departure flight. Whether you choose to do some last-minute shopping, relax, or explore a bit more, this time is yours to use as you please before heading to the airport.
