• Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake Facing/ Deluxe / Suite Rooms
• Meals Don’t Include any Water Bottles, Beverages Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices
• Optional sightseeing must be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost

Payment Terms:
Customer PAN Number is mandatory for all transactions. Payments made towards the foreign exchange component of your tour will be calculated as per the ROE (rate of exchange) of that given day.
The payment procedure for booking this tour is as follows:

• At the time of booking, each person is required to pay INR 67,000, and this payment is non-refundable.
• Furthermore, within 35 days before the tour's departure, the client must pay 100% of the total tour cost, and this payment is also non-refundable.

Cancelation Policy:

• All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / Ground transportation and local Sightseeing are pre-blocked, for which the company had paid all the suppliers well in advance / Hence the tour amount will remain Non-Refundable depending on how many days before the passenger cancels the tour.
• In any circumstances if you want to cancel your tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
• Cancellation will Attract as per the below policy. Considering our administration charges and other expenses.

Cancellation Rules:
The payment and cancellation procedure for booking this tour is as follows:
Deposit:

• Amount: ₹ 67,000 per person (per passenger)
• Nature: This deposit is required by the passenger at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Cancellation charges are applicable as follows:

• 50 Days Before Departure: The booking amount will be charged as the cancellation fee.
• 35 Days or Less Before Departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.
• 49-36 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.

if a passenger cancels their booking, the cancellation charges will depend on the number of days before the departure date, ranging from the booking amount to 100% of the tour cost. Please note that the booking amount is non-refundable in any case.
Important Note:
Room allocation Twin rooms /Double rooms will be as per the availability at the time of check-in. most of the Rooms are Twin rooms and there is no guarantee for a room with a Double Bed. Room allocation will be as per family AND Same-floor rooms are subject to availability at the time of check-in.

If any airline is delayed, misconnected from onward flights, or canceled, Xplore World Travels is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing, or any other claim.
